Each month you can exchange your VIP Points for cash three times for the VIP Level you are on, and three times each month for each lower level. Eg: If you are on Ace High level, you can trade 20,000 VIP Points for $900 three times in any month, but you can also trade 15,000 points for $600 up to three times in the same month.
